Before roadmaps and sprint planning, I spent years as a customer service representative and call center manager — listening to consumer pain points for 8 hours a day, every day. That wasn't a stepping stone. It was the foundation.
To this day, that experience is the engine behind my product intuition. It's why I instinctively design for scalable, intuitive journeys — not just features.
